Payment Options
We kindly ask that any out-of-pocket costs due to you be paid on the day of service. Our office accepts cash, check, and debit and credit cards (Discover, MasterCard, and Visa). Our office now accepts Care Credit as well as the LM Family Dentistry Membership Plan!
If you do not have dental insurance and are paying cash in full, we are happy to extend a 10% discount.
We also offer a 20% Military Discount. Dr. Merchant is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and would like to thank other Veterans for their service.

LM Family Dentistry accepts dental insurance! We know it’s not always easy understanding the ins and outs of your coverage, but our experienced team is here to simplify the process. We take care of your claims for you, and we’re always looking for ways to make the most out of your benefits. All we ask is that you bring your insurance card with you to your first visit and let us know of any plans to your coverage so we can have the most current information on file!
